Digital Delivery Policy

PYRELLA sells digital books and downloadable educational content. All products are delivered electronically; no physical products are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

Immediate email delivery

After successful payment, the digital book is sent immediately to the email address supplied at checkout. Delivery emails are normally received within a few minutes.

If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If it is still missing, contact trypyrella@gmail.com with your order number. We will verify the order and resend the digital book.

Correct email address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate email address at checkout. If an incorrect address was used, contact us as soon as possible. After verifying the order, we will update the address and resend the digital book.

Access and permitted use

Digital books are supplied for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, or uploaded publicly without written permission from PYRELLA.
