Pyrella - AU sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

DELIVERY

After successful payment, download or access instructions are provided on the confirmation page, by email, or both. Delivery is usually immediate, although payment review, email filtering, or technical delays may affect access.

MISSING ACCESS

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address entered at checkout. If access is still missing, email draft1997music@gmail.com with your order number. We will resend the file or restore access.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You must provide a valid email address and use a device and PDF reader capable of opening the product. Files and links are for the purchaser's personal use and may not be publicly shared or redistributed.
