Pyrella Books is operated by Winning Ecom Systems. Our store is shoppyrella.store. For order or product enquiries, email draft1997music@gmail.com or use shoppyrella.store/pages/contact. Shopify hosts our online store and Stitch Express processes supported payments. Your payment statement may identify Winning Ecom Systems.

Our products
We sell English-language digital books and PDF resources. The product page describes the files, contents and price included in each purchase. Cover images or book mockups illustrate digital products; no printed book is supplied unless expressly stated. You need a device and software capable of opening PDF files.

Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact and billing information, including a working email address. Prices are shown in South African rand unless another currency is expressly displayed. The total, including any applicable tax, is shown before payment. Digital orders have no shipping charge. An order confirmation acknowledges your order; contact us promptly about errors. If we cannot supply a paid resource, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Digital delivery
Access instructions are provided through the order confirmation or delivery email after successful payment and order processing. If you cannot find or open your file, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number. See our digital-delivery policy for assistance.

Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to read the resource on your own devices and print it for personal use. Couples and caregivers may use the exercises together within their own household. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially reproduce the files, or share download links outside your household, without written permission.

Educational content
Our resources offer Christian reflection and educational guidance. They do not provide professional counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and do not promise a particular relationship, parenting or personal outcome. Obtain appropriate professional support where needed.

Refunds and problems
Our return and refund policy explains the 14-day process for duplicate purchases, wrong files and access problems. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and website use
Our published privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Use the website lawfully; do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Changes and governing law
We may update our catalogue, prices and these terms for future orders. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. South African law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; this does not prevent you from using a regulator, ombud or court available under applicable law.
