These terms apply when you use the Pyrella - AU store or purchase our downloadable educational products.

Products are supplied electronically. You must confirm that the description and file format suit your needs. Content is for general educational and informational purposes and is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee academic, professional, financial, or personal outcomes.

ORDERS

Prices and payment methods appear at checkout. An order is accepted after successful payment and delivery of access. We may cancel or refund orders affected by an obvious pricing error, duplicate transaction, suspected fraud, or technical problem.

LICENCE

Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for lawful, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to sharing sites, publicly display, or modify the product for resale without written permission. Intellectual-property rights remain with Pyrella - AU or the relevant rights holder.

DELIVERY, REFUNDS, AND USE

Delivery and refunds follow our Digital Delivery and Refund Policies. You must not misuse the store, compromise security, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, or use products unlawfully.

THIRD PARTIES AND LIABILITY

The store relies on Shopify and may link to third-party services with their own terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyrella - AU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
